Refund/Cancellation & Return Policy

1. We do not offer a return of any product in any matter, only exchange is possible.
2. Call us in case of an exchange, before any action, without unpacking or removing any cover. If the product is unboxed or tempered will be rejected.
3. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for whether you require an exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
4. The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
5. Order can be canceled within 4 hours after placing the order.
6. Once an order is processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
7. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Return Policy

How to Return Goods to Us.
1. Contact us to create your return request and get the return form.
2. Fill in the returns form.
3. Pack your package securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you
4. Attach a return label to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered)
5. Ship it back via TCS make sure to label the handle with care.
6. Send us the Tracking ID
