How to Claim Warranty.

1. Send us email along with Original part and invoice picture to open a ticket for submission of your faulty part.
2. Send us complete information about the fault
3. Send us a video or picture via (whatsapp) about the fault of the product.
4. Once your submission is approved by our warranty staff (See Warranty terms) put the product in the original box with all accessoires and invoice and pack it properly so that it could not be damaged during transit.
5. Send the packed box on provided address via TCS / M&P
6. Once it arrived to our warranty staff and diagnosed you will be notified and RMA number will be generated.
7. Warranty may take 15-28 working days to process part.
8. After processing part will be sent your address.

This procedure apply to the costumer outside Karachi, Costumers within karachi can personally visit out store.
