Please read these terms & conditions carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as warranty & liability limitations that may apply to the product you are purchasing;

  • The reseller/vendor on behalf of the manufacturer/supplier/distributor gives warranty. Hence, the reseller/vendor is not a direct party in this regard. If the product was sold in good working condition then the reseller/vendor is not responsible for any defect, which may appear later.
  • It is strongly recommended that customer should check the product within seven days of purchasing, as warranty begins once invoice generated.
  • Warranty covered means repair, replace part, or refurbished whichever is possible.
  • Warranty claim may be reject where the warranty sticker/serial number tempered or removed.
  • If warranty card is mentioned on invoice the customer should ensure that he receive the same and this warranty will be directly entertain by distributor service center as mentioned in warranty card.
  • Warranty will be refuse due to accidental damage or electric surges.
  • All the additional accessories provided with the product/component don't carry any warranty.
  • Our customer support department will handle the warranty claims as mentioned specifically on the invoice.
  • Hardware Warranty does not include software support. Customer should contact the manufacturer directly for any software issue.
  • The duration for warranty claim may be from 3 to 8 weeks as per product issue and availability of replacing parts. It may also vary subject to government import/export policy.
  • Customer support department reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the original invoice is missing. Warranty is not transferable in any case.
  • The manufacturer/supplier/distributor/reseller reserve the right to reject any warranty claim at any stage if the product/component is find broken/damage, serial number tempered, rendered illegible, signs of burning, rust due to weather or find moisture on product or mishandling.
  • The warranty does not cover any compatibility issue with your other hardware or accessories.
  • The warranty claim may be accepted on Conditional basis if the staff is not satisfied that the defect is due to the manufacturing fault. Note that this may take more time to claim than the normal specified time. The conditional warranty is not guarantee of acceptance.
  • The manufacturer/supplier/distributor/reseller reserves the right to charge certain amount to upgrade the product in case of product/component is discontinued by manufacturing company. This upgrade will be done after approval of the customer. In case customer not agree to pay the certain charges then the cost of the component will be returned after deduction of depreciate cost which will sole discretion of the reseller.
  • International warranty depicts that the product should be register with the manufacturer directly and the warranty claim will be handled by the buyer/user himself. Expenses will charge If the customer request to claim the warranty from the manufacturer.
  • Used hardware carry checking warranty for three days.
  • In case of repairing or service for any product/component, carry checking warranty for three days.
  • On product receiving after warranty claim, customer must show RMA Receipt for confirmation at time of delivery.
  • Service warranty means that it includes only services for product/component, if any part have to be replace customer should have to pay the parts cost. It may vary subject to the availability of that part nationwide or internationally.
  • Seven days replacement means any product/component find defected/manufacturer fault after delivery. Customer should have to claim replacement within seven days from the invoice date. Note that replace product will be the same model that should be found defected by manufacturer.
  • The manufacturer/supplier/distributor/reseller reserves the right to change the warranty terms/conditions without any prior notice.
  • Customer has the right to refuse the above-mentioned warranty terms within three days of purchase. Note that the product/component seal is not broken
  • How to Order:
  • You can place an order with us by any of the following 3 methods:
  • Place the order on website using (Add to cart) button and then (check out).
  • via SMS or Call to 0345-2881927, 0332-2888927 (Please mention your name, address, email address, landline number, mobile number and product you wish to buy)
  • via Email. Send an email to orders@texonware.com (Please mention your name, address, email address, landline number, mobile number and product you wish to buy.
  • Refund/Cancellation Policy:
  • We do not offer return of any product in any matter, only exchange is possible.
  • Call us in case of exchange, before any action, without unpacking or removing any cover. If the product is unboxed or tempered will be rejected.
  • Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for whether you require an exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
  • The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
  • Order can be canceled within 4 hours after placing order.
  • Once order is processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. 
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Delivery Information
  • Once a product is sold it takes 1 day to process the order and 1-2 days delivery it mean in total 3 working days.
  • However some products can be processed same day and shipped, extra charges apply.
  • Heavy products like a whole gaming rig or casing or multiple product in same order may take 2 days to process and 2 days delivery
  • If you wish to add any special service or extra care handling, it will be charged contact sales before placing order.
  • Due to climate change or any law and order situation Courier Company may delay delivery.
